Court Sessions are held on Mondays

9:30 am for Motor Vehicle Cases

1:30 pm for Non-Motor Vehicle Cases

To appear in court or change a court date, you must contact the Municipal Court at least seven days before the court date

Receives and files all complaints signed by law enforcement officers and private citizens for violations that occur in the Borough

Types of cases include violations of state traffic laws, petty disorderly and disorderly persons offenses and Borough ordinance violations
