Plan review: An amount equal to 20% of the fee for a construction permit for the project, but not less than $10.00

Construction permit: For new construction, renovation, alterations and repairs, an amount equal to the sum of the following subcode, elevator and sign fees

Notwithstanding the foregoing, residential projects less than $3,000.00 in total value shall be charged a minimum fee of $45.00

This fee shall cover the costs of the building, fire, plumbing and electrical subcodes

Building subcode fee:

For new construction and additions classified “R-3a”, “R-3b” or “U” under the Uniform Construction Code - $.025 per cubic foot of building or structure volume

For all other new construction and additions - $.06 per cubic foot of building or structure volume

For renovations, alterations and repairs classified “R-3a”, “R-3b” or “U” under the Uniform Construction Code: $12.00 per $1,000.00 of estimated cost

For all other renovations, alterations and repairs: $17.00 per $1,000.00 of estimated costs

For combination of renovations and additions, the sum of the fees computed separated for renovations and additions

For temporary structures and all structures for which volume cannot be computed, such as swimming pool, satellite equipment and open structural towers, $200.00, except above ground pools which shall be $50.00
