Redevelopment Project
A major focus of our municipality has been the Borough’s “Princeton Redevelopment Project” located in the center of downtown on Witherspoon Street. The project is adjacent to the Princeton Public Library and features a municipal public plaza, a three-story building that includes residential, restaurant and retail spaces and the Borough’s Spring Street Municipal Parking Garage.
The successful project has become a focal point of the downtown and a popular gathering place for both local residents and visitors alike.
The next phase will include residential and retail spaces located at Spring and Tulane Streets.
