Affordable HousingThe Borough of Princeton Affordable Housing Program administers the Borough's Affordable Housing Program. The Borough offers low, and moderate- income units for sale, resale and rent. The program also offers a limited number middle-income units for sale that are affordable to households earning between 80 and 200% of the regional median income. The qualification of applicants is handled by the Somerset County Coalition on Affordable Housing (SCCOAH), who have been contracted to serve as the Borough's Administrative Agent. The Borough Of Princeton Affordable Housing Program also offers a housing rehabilitation program to qualified low and moderate-income households. Please contact 609-497-7634 for details.
